UNITED NATIONS TABLES SH.540 BILLION APPEAL FOR NORTERN UGANDA

The United Nations office for the co ordination of Humanitarian affairs {OCHA} has tabled a two hundred ninety six million Dollars {sh.540 billion} consolidated appeal for northern uganda over the next 12 months. UN should be fair, there are displace Ugandans returnees in Kigumba, Masindi port, Masindi town, Bombo, as well West nile province sefering needs help, widows,orphans, elders, ex. soldiers returnees in koboko,arua, yumbe aringa, Moyo, Adjumani, they are all victims of war, & were refugees in sudan ince 1979, they no income, their mostly out school, this due their parents mostly jobless, no money to pay school fees. dirty politics of denying omployment to west nillans. guess. so we ugandan- community in vancouver request United Unitions Secretary General to consider their cases, on the humanitarian social economic affairs. we will apreciate your highly consideration in to this Matter.
