WEST NILE CHILDRENS LEFT OUT OF FREE EDUCATION

The Government has introduced universal free primary and secondary education, which is good thing. But what you find on the streets of arua, & koboko, as well yumbe. Nyadri West Nile is most dis hearting. Many School age Children are roaming about places of public entertainment like night discos and video. halls. if we do not educate these kids how can this country move forward?
