ARUA IN WEST NILE REGION GETS BUSINESS CENTRE

The UNITED NATIONS Industril Development Organisation [UNIDO] has established a business centre in arua town to provide entrepreneuirship information and training services to the local community. the arua district business information centre the first of its kind in the west nile region, was recently commissioned by the minister of state for Industry and technology, Ephraim kamuntu. It is among the eight pilot district business information centre being established in uganda under the second phase of the Austrian Development Agency funded programme. The center will be managed by the West Nile private sector Development promotion centre [WENIPS] Jenaro Onegi, the head of WENIS, said the centre will provide intergrated business information Solutions to micro, small and medium size enterprises on a demand driven basis. The services will include IT and internet acce focusing on the micro, small and medium sectior.
