Hello, We are from Burnaby Mountain Secondary School located in Burnaby, We are hosting an Event related to Northern Ugandan Child solidier. We are going to be raising money and holding an event called an "all Day Commute" in respect for all the children in Northern Uganda who are commuting at night in harsh conditions and walking long miles to reach saftey. We would like for your Ugandan community to join in our efforts to Raise awarness on a pressing Global issue occuring RIGHT now in Uganda. UMAIBC are inviting all African community in bc, as well across Canada, back home, and around the globe. at ray cam co-operative centre. address 920 east hasting street and Campbell avenue on Saturday. febuary. 20-2016. the programs start from. 9 am to 9 pm. it will be in the gym. that takes 400 people. 4 Africans restaurants will be serving food. a lot of events, dancers, the invited guests speakers, the mps, the Ugandan ambassador from Ottawa. the hall are all covered. free parkings at rear ray cam building. from the UAIBC president, as well the public relations, and community information officer. majid amonye junior.
